Perthshire Box Office is an online, telephone and in-person ticketing service for the culture, heritage, leisure and tourism sectors in Perth and Kinross. PBO was developed by Perth Theatre and Concert Hall as a one-stop shop for all forms of event booking and promotion for partner organisations and their customers.
By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in person over the counter or online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.
Perthshire Box Office acts as a box office for our external partners events. Perthshire Box Office take no responsibility for any aspect of their programme or operation.
Perthshire Box Office is a ticket agent that sells tickets on behalf of clients including concert/show/event organisers, artists and venues. Our clients decide the face value price of the tickets and when a ticket is sold, we pay our clients the money collected from the sale of that ticket.
Booking fee: Where stated, tickets include either a 10% booking fee across all ticket types, or a £2.50 boking fee on tickets priced £18.50 or more. The fee contributes to our ticketing system; ticket sales and fulfilment costs.
Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone or in person at Perth Theatre or at select partner locations. Please check the name of the show, venue, date, time and price prior to purchase. You must inform Perthshire Box Office of any change of address, contact phone number or email address both before and after receipt of tickets.
Tickets will be delivered by e-ticket (print at home) only and cannot be printed at box office or posted to customers. Purchases made in person or over the phone will require an email address for delivery of tickets.
All tickets, price types and discounts are subject to availability, can be changed and/or withdrawn without prior notice and do not apply to tickets already purchased. Perthshire Box Office reserves the right to introduce discounts, special offers and price changes at any time and without prior notice. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order.
Where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement may be required. Please make it known at point of sale your concession requirements. Concession types and availability may vary and cannot be added retrospectively. Reductions may be limited for certain events. These cannot be applied to tickets already purchased and will apply to the face value of the ticket (where applicable there is no discount to the booking fee).
If you or any member of your party has additional support needs, please raise these when booking and we will endeavour to help you with your booking requirements. Some venues may have limited accessibility, please inform the Perthshire Box Office at the point of booking and see specific event page for further accessibility information.
Where you are making a booking on behalf of a number of people, you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Tickets must not be resold at a higher price than face value. Perthshire Box Office has the right to cancel tickets that have been resold at a higher price without prior notification and the holder may be refused entry. This is an important reason why you should only buy tickets from a reputable source.
Perthshire Box Office is not responsible for the organisation or staging of an event and has no control over the cancellation or rescheduling of an event.
If a performance is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the ticket (minus the booking fee).
Tickets for a specific date or period of performance cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. For membership refunds, see partner organisations terms and conditions.
We will only refund tickets if the performance has been cancelled.
If a booking fee has been charged, this will not be returned for any future refunds.
For your protection and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we take your personal information in order to contact you in the event of a cancellation; authorise a credit / debit card transaction; mail out your tickets, if requested; and keep you informed of future events.
If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we will occasionally send you information about similar concerts and activities using the information you have provided. If you would like to update your contact preferences, please let us know.

We may use and disclose anonymous aggregate booking information (excluding credit card details) with external agencies (e.g. Creative Scotland) for the purpose of analysis and research. Perthshire Box Office will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of data within this process.
For your information, protection and the conform of all customers, Perthshire Box Office and partner organisations reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or aggressive behaviour.

Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats.
Whilst many of Perthshire Box Office events are sold as unreserved seating, in exceptional circumstances we may provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
The use of audio or visual recording will be determined by the event organiser.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the filming and sound recording of your participation in any Performance as a member of the audience. If you do not wish to be recorded as part of the audience, please inform a member of staff.
Some performances and/or specific zones may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
If you have any specific requirements for any event, please be sure to raise these at the time of booking or directly with the event organiser. We cannot guarantee that your requirements will be met if not disclosed until arrival at the venue.
Partner organisations may make alterations to the published programme and/or cast for reasons beyond its control. Ticket holders will be notified of any changes, if practicably possible, using contact details provided.
Partner organisations reserve the right to change the start and finish times of any performance.
In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified in advance, where practicably possible.
Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale or print publication. However, on occasion changes may be unavoidable.
From time to time, events have special offers available. These are time-limited and specific terms on availability and other conditions will be advertised with each individual offer.
All special offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
A special offer will not apply to tickets already booked.
Only one discount is available per ticket.
