Onboarding
Join us for a coffee where we can talk about setting you up on our system, the prices of registering as a partner, and how to submit your event set-up form. During this meeting, we will discuss all the things you need to know to make your event a success with tips on what you may need to consider from a ticketing perspective. There will be some paperwork to agree with our Ts&Cs and GDPR compliance.
Live Events
Following the submission of your event set-up form, we will work promptly to get your event live on our ticketing platform and website. Once your event is live, you will be able to opt-in to weekly sales reports to measure how many tickets have sold and make assessments on your marketing strategy. We, also, will provide a small marketing campaign for your event across our social media and email channels.
Post-Event
After your successful event, you will find the perfect opportunity to rest, celebrate, and then start planning your next one! Your relationship with us does not end when your event does: we will send you off-sale reports, marketing opt-ins in line with our GDPR policy, and a summary of the finances where you will receive your ticket sales income. We will then always be at the end of the phone to talk about your next project.
