Perth Film Society was launched in Scotland in 1999 with an aim to give as many people as possible access to the kinds of non-mainstream world films that larger cinemas often can't or don’t show. Run by an enthusiastic group of film lovers and supported by many local businesses, the Society meets at the Joan Knight Studio in Perth Theatre.
